Occupational Therapist

  • Job Responsiblities:
    • ​Implement IEP goals and objectives
    • Track progress on IEP goals and objectives
    • Report progress on IEP goals and objectives one time per quarter
    • Collaborate with other professionals on the team
    • Submit present levels and a new IEP goal with objectives once per year
    • Submit an ETR Part 1 Form every 3 years
